TASTING NOTES
Rich with cherry, plum, and dark chocolate, highlighted with coffee beans and vanilla oak, this Shiraz is full-bodied on the palate with a superb structure and smooth, velvety tannins.
WINEMAKER NOTES
Premium parcels of Shiraz fruit were fermented in rotary fermenters
for a period of 8-12 days. The wine was gently pressed, underwent
malolactic fermentation and blended. The wine was matured on
French oak for approximately 1 year before boling. The resulting wine
has excellent depth of colour, richness and complexity.
