WINEMAKER NOTES
Specially selected parcels of Chardonnay from our own vineyards and some from long term growing partners across Central Victoria were harvested in the cool of the night to preserve the fresh fruit flavors and delicate aromas. Each parcel was cool fermented separately in stainless steel, with some parcels being aged on lees, and some on French oak for a few months or both.
