TASTING NOTES
Striking aromas and flavors with just 1/4 of the oak compared to our other reds. It stands out for its charming red berry fruit character, a
touch of spice, and velvety soft tannins.
WINEMAKER NOTES
Selected Pinot Noir batches from our own vineyards and some from long-term growing partners across Central Victoria were cold-soaked for 2 days to draw out desired flavors and aromas while minimizing harsh tannins, then skin-fermented for 5-7 days. Post-fermentation, the wine was gently pressed, with a small portion aged on medium toast French oak for a softly rounded, subtly oaked profile.
