Specially selected parcels of Shiraz were co-fermented on skins with Viogner for 5-7 days to stabilize the colour, enhance aromas and bring a lift to the bright raspberry and mulberry flavors. The wine was gently pressed and aged on French and American oak for 10 months for velvety intergrated oak tannins.food match
